All services provided by TrueMake Designs are delivered digitally. No physical products, media, or printed materials are produced or shipped. There are no postal or courier costs associated with any order.
Project deliverables are provided via: Figma shared links (design source files), live website URL (for developed and launched sites), email documentation including guides, walkthrough notes, and access credentials. Video walkthrough sessions are provided via Zoom or Google Meet on request.

All timelines begin after both the brief session is completed and all required Client content and assets have been received by the Studio.
Within one business day of payment confirmation, the Studio contacts the Client to schedule the initial brief session. If the Client is unavailable for the brief session within 14 days of payment, the project may be rescheduled to the next available slot.
Support hours purchased at checkout are available within 60 calendar days of the final delivery confirmation. Unused hours within this period are forfeited as they represent reserved developer capacity.
If delivery is delayed because the Client has not supplied required materials within 10 business days of a formal request, the project is placed on hold. The timeline restarts when materials arrive. No refund is available for delays caused by the Client.
