All services sold through truemakedesigns.com are digital and typically commence within days of payment. The refund conditions below reflect the project stage at which a cancellation request is received.
A full refund is available if a written cancellation request is received within 5 calendar days of payment AND before the initial brief session has taken place. Cancellations must be sent by email to billing@truemakedesigns.com with your name, order date, and Stripe reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Stripe processing fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
After the brief session but before the first design deliverable is delivered, the Client may request cancellation and receive a 60% refund of the project fee, reflecting the time invested in the brief, research, and planning. No partial refund is available for Growth Care after the onboarding assessment has commenced.
No refund is available once the first design deliverable has been delivered and acknowledged by the Client, or once development has commenced following Client brief approval. No refund is available for dissatisfaction with a design that conforms to the agreed brief and has been through the included revision process.
By requesting immediate commencement of services at checkout, EU consumers confirm that performance of the digital service begins immediately and acknowledge that the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal ceases once service performance has commenced (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
